Tester
The testers Role gives them knowledge of the system at a much lower level then the SupportTechs but not as much experience with clients. Testers benefit from procedures documented by the SupportTechs so they can test scenarios used by clients. They work closely with the Developers so they have more information about the database and the system architecture but they still see it from the clients point of view. Testers can contribute test scenario variations with generic and client specific data. Who is better suited to design tests then a tester? The answer is DomainExperts. Generic test data can be found on the TestData index page, by the Data role, or by customer in the customers' namespace.
